We are barraged with messages about living in the moment and “being present.” Research studies show that flexibility and strength are vital to our overall health and well-being.

The Mind & Body Program at Move by BJC was created to provide concrete solutions to these vague messages. Designed to support both your physical and emotional goals, we offer Mind & Body classes that cover a wide range of topics including yoga, meditation, tai chi and more.

All Mind & Body classes are open to everyone at all fitness levels. Our environment is non-judgmental and non-competitive. Our certified instructors come from a host of backgrounds and customize learning for all participants.

There are 12 different class types to choose from and nearly 90% of our classes are included in membership dues. (Specialized programming like Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga are available for a nominal fee.) Classes are offered seven days a week with morning, afternoon and evening options.
