Don't Let COVID Keep You from Training

The team at Move by BJC has been hard at work developing new options to keep our members safe, from virtual offerings to group exercise rental opportunities. Now, we’re also providing alternative options for in-person training sessions.

Personal Training Options (30 to 90 minutes long)

Virtual training sessions:

  • Trainer guides and supervises your workout to ensure proper form and safety while working toward your fitness goals.
  • Via Zoom, Microsoft teams or your preferred video conferencing platform
  • Train from wherever you are - home, work, vacation, etc.
  • No equipment required; we will use what you have at hand

Live training sessions:

  • Minimum of 6 ft. distancing, trainer will be masked during session, equipment provided
  • Outdoor training sessions (in coordination with our friends at CIC and the Cortex community)
    • Cortex commons, orange garage, outdoor areas around our facility
  • Indoor training sessions
    • On the fitness floor or in a private room
    • Client will also be masked during the session
