The Biz Dash 5K returns Thursday, September 2. It’s the city’s healthiest happy hour! You are invited to join the Move by BJC team.
All team members will receive a free 6-week 5K training program written by Jessica Varner, exercise physiologist, to help prepare you for the race.
You can choose either the Gold or Silver level when you register.
Gold: $45 (free T-shirt with registration)
Silver: $35 (choice of free lanyard or water bottle with registration)
