Move by BJC kicked off 2023 with a challenge: the Monthly Move Challenge. Every month, we are offering a different fitness challenge to our members. These challenges may inspire you to try something new or motivate you to improve your performance. Some months you will compete against other members, while other challenges will encourage you to reach new personal bests. Each quarter will consist of three unique monthly challenges, culminating with an end-of-quarter event.
Monthly Move Challenges are posted around the facility and on social media. To participate, complete the Monthly Move Challenge and submit your entry in the box at the Central Station for recording. Don’t forget, you can participate multiple times each month to improve your performance.
