Group exercise can be an exciting way to achieve your fitness goals in a supportive setting where you can build camaraderie with others. 


Inspired by elite athletic training principles, LES MILLS CORE is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.


The original barbell workout for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout that burns calories, strengthens and tones.


LES MILLS SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results.


Indoor cycling, often also called spinning, as an organized activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

Music Video Spin

This is an intense 45 minute indoor cycling class. For added motivation we will have music videos playing on a 98” screen in front of you as you ride out to the beat of the music! This class will be exciting and entertaining. Our room features color changing & glow in the dark lights, state of the art sound system and fans if needed.

Gentle Flow

Easy-to-learn, this hatha-style class incorporates breath work, yoga poses, and meditation to create a practice focused on exercise and stress management. Perfect for new practitioners and seniors.

Yoga Flow

The pose sequence focuses on the marriage of breath and movement for a physically active practice. This class is tailored to all skill and fitness levels.


This one-hour class is geared towards those looking to deepen an existing meditation practice. Practiced seated in a room, the instructor will guide you through techniques for resting the mind and calming yourself while remaining alert and completely awake.

H. I. I. T.

Alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts provide improved athletic capacity and conditioning. HIIT regimens produce significant reductions in the fat mass of the whole-body.

Strength & Sculpt

This workout is designed to challenge every part of your body and build metabolically lean muscle. Sculpt and firm your muscles with these workouts. No jumping, just focused, results-driven strength training exercises. Grab a set of dumbbells, a barbell and let’s go.


This workout is a form of high intensity training designed to get your heart rate up in that anaerobic zone for short periods of time. By doing this, you train all of your energy systems, something that regular cardio workouts usually don’t do. Not only does that make you more fit, it helps you burn more calories both during and after your workouts.


We take the ‘work’ out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and world rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
