Cancellation Policy

We’re glad you’re a member and enjoy providing our services, but we understand sometimes things beyond your control cause you to have to make changes. Please see our policies below for when these situations arise.

Membership

If a contract is canceled prior to the full term, a fee of $190 or the remainder of the contract dues, whichever is less, will be charged to the credit card on file.

Massage Therapy and Personal Training

• All massage and personal training appointments require 24 hour notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in the amount of the session being charged to the credit card on file.
• In the event that you are late for a session your time cannot be extended out of courtesy to other members and the full amount will be charged.
