Functional Fitness
Build strength for everyday life with multi-joint movements that mirror daily activities. This low-impact class improves strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, coordination, and overall wellness. Some exercises may require getting on and off the floor.
Strength
Focus on proper technique and form using bodyweight exercises, with progression to dumbbells and barbells. Targets major muscle groups through foundational movements like squat, hinge, push, pull, rotation, and gait.
Tai Chi
A gentle, low-impact practice featuring slow, controlled movements that support balance, coordination, and strength. Tai Chi can also help reduce pain and lower the risk of falls while promoting relaxation.
Floor Functional
Learn how to safely and confidently get down to and up from the floor—an important skill for maintaining independence. This class incorporates strength and mobility exercises performed on the floor to support everyday movement. The same workout format is offered on Mondays and Wednesdays, with a new routine introduced each week. Class size is limited to six participants and requires the ability to comfortably exercise on the floor.
Tabata
Boost your fitness with this workout that alternates short bursts of higher-intensity activity with brief recovery periods. This style of training elevates your heart rate, engages multiple energy systems, and supports improved endurance and strength. It’s an effective way to burn calories both during and after your workouts.
Agility, Balance, and Coordination
Enhance stability and movement through exercises like agility ladders, cones, balance stations, and step patterns designed to improve footwork and coordination.
Seniors in Motion
A welcoming class focused on functional fitness, mobility, balance, and coordination—plus opportunities to connect and socialize. Supports easier movement in everyday activities.
Zumba Gold®
Enjoy modified dance-based exercise set to music you love. This lower-intensity class improves balance, coordination, and range of motion while keeping you moving and engaged.
Yoga/Stretch
An easy-to-learn format incorporating breathing exercises, gentle yoga poses, and mediation. Designed to support flexibility, mobility, relaxation, and overall well-being.
