Fitness for the Ageless

Our Ageless Fitness Program offers classes tailored to adults 60 years and older and focuses on balance, strength, endurance, and flexibility. This program can also be beneficial for those recovering from injury or illness - or those new to working out. Our instructors and fitness specialists have multiple years of experience and hold a variety of certifications, including specialization in senior fitness.

The Ageless Fitness Program currently includes only exercise classes but stay tuned for an expanded program focusing on overall health and wellness -- including seminars, social events, and specialized small group training for older adults.
