Monthly Move Challenge

Last year, over 100 members took on the monthly move challenges. Every month, members and staff compete against one another and themselves and individuals often complete these multiple times, working to improve their performance. We encourage you to add these challenges to your workouts. You can find them posted around the facility and on our social media pages.

To participate, complete the monthly move challenge entry and submit it in the box at the central station for recording. Don’t forget, you can participate multiple times each month to improve your performance.
