Seven months into 2025, more than 70 members have stepped up to our monthly fitness challenges and the results have been inspiring. From cardio and endurance to strength-based competitions, both members and staff have pushed themselves to not just complete each challenge, but to also beat their own best.

Now it’s your turn. Check out the upcoming challenges posted around the facility and on our social media pages. To join in, complete the monthly move challenge and drop your entry in the box at the central station for recording.

Want to see your results climb? You can participate as many times as you’d like each month. Each attempt is another change to improve your performance and have fun along the way.
