Finish the Year Strong with Our Monthly Move Challenges

The end of the year can be busy and stressful. With work deadlines, holiday preparations, parties, and other social obligations it can be difficult to prioritize exercise. 

As we enter the final months of the year, consider participating in one of our monthly move challenges to stay active and finish the year strong. Challenges are posted around the facility and on our social media channels.

To participate, simply complete the monthly move challenge and submit your entry in the box at the Central Station. You can participate as many times as you like each month to improve your performance and track your progress.
