As we move into 2026, we’re proud of what our members accomplished in the past year. In 2025, Move members completed more than 6,000 personal training sessions with our team of fitness specialists and exercise physiologists. Our members also restored their minds and bodies by spending more than 1,200 hours in our massage therapy rooms.
Many of you chased lower scores on the golf course through our golf performance program, built strength and endurance through group exercise programming, and improved mobility and balance through our ageless fitness program.
You may have noticed some new faces around the facility, as well as new training tools available to our members and training staff. Once again, we’re working to expand our equipment and service offerings. Recent updates include sandbags on the track, and we’re in the process of replacing older resistance bands and smaller dumbbells throughout the facility.
Our staff is always here to help you and make the most of your time at Move, so please don’t hesitate to ask how we can enhance your workout plan.
We know that participation in group exercise classes is one of the most effective ways to stay consistent with health and fitness goals, in addition to making connections and establishing gym friendships. Move is currently one of only a few Les Mills™ facilities in the St. Louis area. If you haven’t experienced what sets Les Mills™ group classes apart from what other facilities offer, then you are missing out.
Our ageless fitness program is also a great choice for those 55 and older or anyone looking to ease back into an exercise. With 130 group exercise classes offered each month, there is a class for everyone.
In 2025, we had just under 25,000 registered class participants, and we know there’s room for many more. The year 2026 is going to be a great time to challenge yourself by signing up for a class you’ve never tried before.
Thank you for being a member of Move by BJC. On behalf of our entire staff, we are incredibly grateful for the interest and engagement our members have shown over our first seven years in the Cortex. We’re excited to see what 2026 has to offer.
