High-risk/senior hours are 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. each day. Please make an effort to get your exercise in during a different time if you do not fall into the high risk or senior demographic
Regular cleanings of the facility will continue although we will no longer be closed during those cleaning times. Please be aware that we conduct full cleanings of the facility upon opening, at 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. each day, and upon closing the facility (M-F). On weekends, we will be cleaning the facility between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. During these cleaning periods, equipment may not be in use for a short time (10 minutes) while our disinfectants and cleaning solutions are applied.
The doors to the 4220 Duncan Building will remain locked during the coming months; you will need your building access card to access Move.
We will require daily registration for all of our group exercise classes, as new capacity guidelines limit the number of participants.

All members are required to wear a facial covering during the entirety of their visit. Facial coverings must cover nose and mouth at all times.
The portion of our locker room containing showering facilities will not be accessible. Please bring only what you need to exercise (keys, phone, towel, water bottle), as storage is still limited and towels will not be provided.
Strict social distancing standards will be in place on the workout floor.
Water fountains will not be operational, but bottle fillers are available.
You must have a credit card on file to purchase items in our pro shop (drinks, supplements, Move apparel).
Our group exercise studios will be available for rental to small groups and be used for small capacity group exercise classes and training; we will continue to host virtual “group” exercise for those who have a Virtual membership add-on. Furthermore, a “group” may only consist of a single individual and others in a “home group”, i.e. those who have maintained a living space together throughout this pandemic period. Reservations must be made to participate in a class, and thorough cleaning of the studio will take place before and after each class.
Traditional group exercise classes, led by a live instructor, will not be offered until our team has reviewed and incorporated City of St. Louis safety standards.
All other services including personal training, massage therapy, assisted stretch and LesMills Virtual are available. These services will be provided in strict accordance with current City of St. Louis and CDC guidelines.
